A cot and high-chair can be provided but please provide your own cot linen.
  • Booking Period

    PLEASE NOTE: In high season our apartment is let on a weekly basis.  The changeover day is Saturday.

  • Arrival and Departure

    To allow for the cleaning of the apartment please arrive between 16.00 and 18.00 and not later than 19.00. The apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

  • Cancellation

    If you have to cancel 6 weeks before the booked date we will refund 50 % of total payment. If we are given less than 6 weeks notice then we make no refund.
    We recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

  • Visitor Obligation

    The visitor undertakes to keep the apartment and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same condition as at the commencement of the booking period.
    Breakages and damages must be reported as soon as possible to the key holder. Please do not smoke in the apartment.

  • Children and Pets

    We provide a cot and a high chair. These are free of charge but must be requested in advance. Please note that visitors must bring their own cot bedding. The cot is only suitable for a baby aged 24 months or less. Please ask us before bringing a pet. Please do not allow them on the beds or leave them unattended.

  • Loss of visitor property

    We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any of your belongings.

  • Deposit

    When you arrive you need to leave a deposit with the key holder of either 200 US dollars, sterling pounds or euros in cash.  Your deposit will be returned to you upon your departure.
